I lost 20 lbs since June. So thats what, 4 months?

Watch what you eat. Instead of eating when I was hungry I only ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If breakfast or lunch was large then I had a small dinner. You suffer for about a week or 2 as your body gets used to you eating less. You will also crap like there is no tomorrow the first 2 weeks too. In about 2 weeks you won't want to eat all the time and your hunger will be more predictable (i.e. you only eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner).

eating right and exercise. or you can get pnuemonia...it caused me to lose 20 some pounds =/

my mom runs every day around town, she dosen't look any differnt. She's been doing that for like, a year. still is all chubby.

burn off more calories than you eat. also, i read that eating a little more frequently, (but not as much at a time!) also helps to trick your body into not thinking that there's a famine so it will not store as much food as fat.

start eating healthy and start exercising. (i would suggest jogging then running )
