Watch what you eat. Instead of eating when I was hungry I only ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If breakfast or lunch was large then I had a small dinner. You suffer for about a week or 2 as your body gets used to you eating less. You will also crap like there is no tomorrow the first 2 weeks too. In about 2 weeks you won't want to eat all the time and your hunger will be more predictable (i.e. you only eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
