Chew gum a lot. That works because the minty flavor makes you not want to eat as much. Also start going to the gym. Don't be scared that you will see people from school or something there. They dont care how much you lift or what you look like. Working out is addictive. So you will want to go back.

Fall in love with a girl, have her break your heart, and, by chance, you will probably not be hungry for a very long time.

Worked for me.

Nothing works better than running around and playing for an hour or 45 minutes a day.Trust me.This is if you think you won't be able to keep up with some diet or strict workout routine.

I've gained 15 pounds in 2 months so far. I thought it was impossible for me to gain weight. I never really stuck to anything though. The key to losing or gaining weight is come up with a plan.. a diet plan, and a workout plan, AND STICK TO IT!!! Get a routine and follow it to the T and keep doing it. Don't do a workout here and there, stick to it religiously. I saw results pretty fast. I was motivated because I would keep getting stronger. Every workout I would add weight to the bar than I had on the previous workout. I saw immense strength increases. That alone kept me motivated to get stronger and stronger. Not to mention, I could start seeing results in the mirror, and on the scale.

Take shirtless pictures each week. It may sound stupid, but it's a great motivator. When you start seeing the results of your work, it will keep you motivated.

You need to eat about 5 small meals a day. Drink a lot of water. Do some weight lifting and definetly some cardio. You don't have to just run on a tredmill.. make it interesting.. play some basketball. Ride a bike. But whatever you do, do it hard. Don't just pedal your bike at a moderate pace. Push it hard.

You will lose weight with a good diet alone.. but it will be even better and faster if you add exercise in there too. So, in recap.. the key to staying motivated is sticking to a routine and you will start seeing results in your weekly pictures, on the scale, and in how you feel. You will feel more healthy and look it, too.

Go on the nutrisystem diet if you can afford it. I guarantee you'll lose 30 lbs easily if you follow it stricktly in the beginning.

Keep a journal of your workouts and diet. If you have a favorite video game, or a hobby, wait till after you workout, so that way you can reward yourself.

i know how to diet and exercise properly, but sticking with it after a week or two is a problem for me... do you guys have any good motivational tips? bminns

Be active - dont eat between meals ( you can even eat at mcdonalds or kfc doesnt make difference ) just dont eat snacks.

Drink decent amount of ice tea or water whatever you prefer more.

Work your abs about crunches , running its not that hard to do 5 or 3 minutes a day of advanced abs routine.

Be patient - dont stress yourself about not seeing reults immediately . Constantly looking whats your weight would make it only worse as you would start a diet.

Diets are a temporary weight loss. Changing lifestyle to active and stresless is live pro .

Be a happy man. I am now. ;)
