I slept through Thanksgiving.

I slept through eating about $300 worth of food. My cousins came over, and I slept through that too. I was sleeping until it ended.

But I still got some pudding.

Pish posh. I didn't even have cousins that came over or $300 of food, I just slept through it (i.e. I woke up earlier for about one hour to eat breakfast and then went to sleep until now).

Edit: I forgot to put that I will likely go to sleep an hour from now after I eat some dinner.

Sleeping through Thanksgiving sounds like a pretty good deal. You still get to eat all the food you want, but you don't have to talk to relatives.
