i think i have ocd (i think its minor but still please help)

i think i have some minor OCD.

first off all my stuff has to be organized or else i cant sleep or relax or something. every noght i have to put my backpack next to the door for fear that i wont forget it or else i still cant sleep.

i also have theese samall other anpyances that bug me a lot please help me tell me how i can fix this im starting to go nuts here.

I suggest not playing 360 then, because the achievements will drive you insane.

Everyone has little quirks... for instance I'm an obsessive bed maker... I cannot sleep in a messy bed, all my sheets must be neat and straight. But I only ever make my bed right before I get in :)

i play 360 and those are important but not as much as other things.

All the people who have posted are right. You don't need any help. Everybody has little ticks. Unless you feel extremely obsessed with these things and cannot control your obsession, then you have nothing to worry about. You're just like all of us.

Well your best option is seeing a therapist, talking about it. But if you absolutley don't want to, you kind of have to ignore that "un-easy" feeling and anxiety. Yah it's hard the first times, but the more you ignore it, you get used to doing that and you'll eventually it will be easy to live with. Imo OCD is something you can't overcome fully, but manage.
