It all makes sense: The government brainwashed mentally ill men during their "treatment sessions" to commit these horrible acts in order to be able to convince more people to pass anti-gun legislation. Discuss.
Given that the US government has already shown that they are willing to do things like MK Ultra testing and Operation Fast and Furious, I wouldn't put it past them. Anyone who would isn't grasping the level of evil that they've already admitted to.
