i think your suppose 2 not put ice on it b/c that tightens up the musscle, get an icy hot patch that should work. Or maybe go to one of those websites (webmd.com i think it's called) and go look their.Dawq902So that's why I'm feeling even more pain now.... thanks.

You just use the ice for a lil bit to num the pain and then the heat to relax the muscles. Get one of those tempurpeic pillows, they feel so good on your neck.
You know, when you pull something in the right side of your neck, and you can only bend it to the left or face unbearable pain? Yeah, I got that this morning. Any ideas to make the pain go away? I'm already putting ice on it every now and then...Mario2007
Actually ice is the wrong way. Heat is the way you want to go.
