I am not joking. I honetly do not get it. I mean I pee in public anyway, but this is against the law. If dog can do it... why can't I? These ridiculous laws are starting to annoy me. The government and lawmakers need to stop pulling stuff out of thin air.

It's only illegal if you get caught. Besides I would argue that 90% of men and around 70% of women will urinate in public at least once between their adolescent/teenage/young adult years and death. It's just something that can't be avoided.

No we're not, at least men aren't. We pee standing 1/3 of a shoulder length away from each other with little privacy save for the unspoken rules. I tkae it you've never been to one of those troughs? I certainly wouldn't call that being trained to do it in private.
