Sure. I noticed this guy the other day that had beautiful facial structure, and yeah I thought he was good-looking. Beauty is not an adjective exclusive to just females or effeminate men or whatever.

as a girl id never call anything beautiful unless its a landscape... pretty, hot, handsome, cute..whatever sure...but not that word - but that might just be me
