If the blood vessel in your skin has been ruptured

The condition around the ruptured area under the skin would turn red then, right?

Is it a serious problem or will it eventually be healed by itself?

It'll heal. I once had the flu so bad that when I dry-heaved, blood vessels in my face would burst.

Worst.Pain.Ever.

Bruises are basically subdermal ruptured blood vessels. It's not a serious condition unless we're talking about your femoral artery or something.

yeah, the area where the blood vessels burst will be red - but they will heal by themselves - just more annoying than anything
