How come you have problems with your sexual identity? Do you really think that becoming a girl will help you solve those problems? Or is it possible that you can solve those problems by just being true and honest to yourself? When I was younger I didn't really fit the mold of a tomboy, I didn't care about sports or many things that teenage guys do. I was always working hard to create a fake shell of who I was, but that's very tiresome. For a long time I tried to hide the fact that I was gay At one point I decided that I had enough of that and that I just wanted to be the person that I am and not pretend to be someone I'm not. I thought for myself that people should just take me as I am and If they can't or won't, it's their problem and not mine. Seriously, your life belongs to you and nobody else, you have to realize that. If you can let your obstacle go it will feel so liberating. The proces might be hard, but you really should be the person that you are, you should choose for yourself.Hypothetically, let's say that God or some genie allowed you to relive your life, and gave you the option of selecting your gender. What would you choose?
I personally would want to be a female. I know it's wrong of me to want to be someone I'm not, but I can't help but to think that all of my problems with my sexual identity has to do with me being insecure as a male when I felt like I've wanted to be a female. It's so wrong, and inherently, the feelings involved are quasi-religious.
Anyway, as a female I would not wear those awful large sunglasses that covers up half of their faces, I would not wear anything that shows skin below the neck, I would not wear anything above the knee, and I would try to not look like someone that likes to sleep around. I guess I can always dream. I don't know if I would be heterosexual. Maybe, maybe not. I really don't care for that. Well, I do to some extent, but I don't know what to think or how to put it in words.
I hope everyone's day has been nice. I hope someone gained something positive from this day. I certainly have.

Gender? Methinks you mean sex(gender is between the ears, sex is between the legs...both are 100% independent of each other). I, myself, am a transsexual born with a male sex but female gender. If I was given the chance to select my gender...and I'd still be stuck with this body...
If the question was changed so that I could alter the body, I'd go all-female, obviously.
You say you have sexual identity issues. You say it's wrong to want to be someone you're not. You bring up "quasi-religious" feelings as reasons for your issues. Well, you might be right on the first and third parts, but that second part...I've been there, and I've known many who've been there. If you ever, EVER need to talk to anyone about it, or if you ever have any questions, I'll do my best to help.

If you mean if you change your sex, perhasp for a trial period just to experience.
If you mean gender i belive that its not a set thing in relation to your sex, but im happy with my gender so no.
If the question was changed so that I could alter the body, I'd go all-female, obviously.

Thank you for the correction, but I really don't want to change my sex, no offense.Gender? I don't like things associated with men such as sports, cars, sex, and beer. I also hate being with women because I think that they think that I'm carrying a gun in my pocket. I would like to be considered equals to them.

[QUOTE="Teenaged"]So you meant just in our minds, not the body?Genetic_CodeI meant both. But that means changing your sex too, and from what I understand of your posts you didn't intend to mean that too. Maybe I got it wrong.:P
Anyway, I wouldn't like to change anything.

[QUOTE="Lockedge"]Thank you for the correction, but I really don't want to change my sex, no offense. I'm not insinuating anything of the sort, I'm just saying that sexual or gender identity issues can be overcome in numerous different ways. You stating you feel you should've been born female makes me think you should get it checked out. You seem uncomfortable with carrying the male gender role, and your asexuality could be a symptom of your not being comfortable with being male.Gender? Of course, I could be 100% wrong, but the fact that you wish you were born a woman...it's ringing bells. I'm a transsexual. I know other transsexuals who've experienced the same. That doesn't mean you'd be one though, as I've met people who have fit under various sub-categories of the umbrella term 'transgender" who have announced such things. There are varying degrees to it all(considering you say "sort of feel like I should have been born female" instead of "I should have been born female"), it's just exploring that, gaining knowledge, and asking questions.
