It is a massive tank of animal that weighs up to 1,500 lbs (largest ever recorded being 2,200lbs). Their heads are huge as well. A common pitbull can take massive hits to the head, just imagine what a polar bear could take. You could probably hurt it sure, but you won't knock it out and it will retaliate immediately. Hell if it stands up you won't even be able to reach the head.
