This. There is more "news" about celebrity scandals than the massacar in Syria? No wonder most of the elected offices in this country are occupied by losers.

you wouldn't be pissing of stoners, as most of them get their weed through illegal ways anyway, so the only thing that would change would be some law abiding citizens wouldn't get the medicinal marijuana that really did benefit them, and others that had medical cards would get theirs from a drug dealer instead of a dispensery.
I would outlaw environmental pollution by corporations just because they operate outside the US in third world countries. Maybe force them to pay good wages too so that they would stay in America and give Americans work. If not that then outlaw all the tax loopholes for the rich and corporations so we can actually feed and medicate everyone in the world and stop being selfish bastards.

Also, I to find one thing that you use every date which wasn't produced by some type of corporation, I don't think you can. You would be hard pressed to walk down the street and find a store or restaurant that isn't incorporated (if you include LLC which is based on cooperate structure).

Corporations are great, what could be better than setting up a type of business that allows the person who starts the business, people who invest in a business, and the people who work there not financially responsible if the business gets sued. I don't really see a better way to setup businesses.
illegalize university TA's who are horrible English speakers from being TA's unless they go through some kind of language training program becoming proficient in the English language and also a teaching program. other engineering/math/science majors may share my resentment

I'd make this guy's life illegal and any offense punishable by death. :twisted: No for real, I'd probably make prosecuting for victimless crimes illegal (IE: legalizing victimless "crimes"). Corporate buyouts of government politicians are technically illegal already, but that doesn't stop the swine from taking the slop.

If there weren't guns available to the public, there would be less gun related deaths. Also drive-bys would never happen. The streets would be safer :(I agree, if no one had guns, or nukes, things would just be better.
No hunting, no drive bys, no gun related accidents. Whatever. If someone broke into your house, you know they don't have a gun. The only thing you need to worry about are knifes.
if somebody is willing to break the law by breaking into a home, i doubt they'd have any sympathy for a gun charge.

Given the current state of the economy and how corporations are profiting from it while everything else goes to hell I certainly don't see them as a great thing, more like a lousy thing.
