Well, I would really like it if Jerry Garcia was alive, but I'd be much more interested to see what Jimi Hendrix would have become over the years if he hadn't died so early.

Very tough question. I'd probably choose someone that was taken away too early over someone who just died of old age. A good example would be Freddie Mercury over Johnny Cash.

Bob Ross. I don't know that he had any specific musical talent, I would just really love to meet the guy.

Gustav Holst, well technically he's a composer but I'm sure he plays a few instruments.

Dimebag Darrell or my avatar, Criss Oliva. Also John Bonham would be a good choice.

Alan Barton from Black lace so I can berate him repeatedly for writing Agadoo, then kill him again for writing it anyway.

I have to say John Lennon. He truly died with no fault to himself. I don't think it's fair to resurrect anyone that died of drug overdose, suicide, or any other careless behavior.

Either that or Keith Richards (he looks dead to me)

Definitely Johannes Brahms. If not him, Frederic Chopin. Two of the greatest compositional geniuses in the history of music.
