I would spend half of it on myself by just buying things like a house and some minor things. The rest I would spend on some of my friends that need it more than me.

I'd run to John Lewis and buy an entire house worth of new things. :P

my backyard would be replaced with a full sized recording studio. right now i just have a recording room, jam room and a wall of guitars.

in fact, can i spend more than a million because i'll probably need some extra.

I'd buy a million dollars worth of anything that'll keep its value or go up in value.

Buy an assload of prepaid credit cards so I can then speculate for a while what I should spend the money on.

Buy my Mother a house because she DESERVES it. All with what my mom has been through, man, I wish I can do that.

Day trading stocks. A million dollars of money with NO emotional attachment (because it isn't really mine) = win.

I'd buy a grand piano, an orchestral harp, a nice house, then spend the remainder on video games. Once I've spent it all, I'll think of better things I should've used it on.
