Unless they were paying twice the original price, wouldn't you be losing money?I don't guess so, unless I knew someone willing to pay me more for it.

If I had all the money in the world, no I wouldn't pay $300 for designer jeans.
Well, unless I was going somewhere fashionable and cared about that stuff.
No, $40 jeans for me.
Heck no. I am considered a snob among my friends but that's only because I have money and don't stupidly spend it on going out drinking and smoking multiple times a week. Point is, I wouldn't do it.

What do you mean "multiple times a week"? If I had the money, I would be smoking all day, every day.

If the jeans were more durable, more comfortable, and also guaranteed to get many looks from girls. Otherwise, I'm fine just spending $150 or less on jeans. You're just paying for a trend or a name in almost all cases like this. There's always a half priced item that is just as good, if not better in many cases. I've never actually paid more than $70 or $80 for a pair in my life. I made fun of my friends jeans because he said he paid $150 or so on a pair that had built in wrinkles in them. Sweet. Pay for a pair of already worn looking, holy, and now wrinkled jeans when I have plenty in my closet that already look that way. Maybe I should sell my used jeans for $100's of dollars too. Pshhh. What a joke. Paying for some status when you can make your own status based on your actions and behaviors and tonality and other things.
