Sup Fellas

I was wondering what vegetable you would most like to be

I Would definetly have to pick ......... Carott!! because then Id be able to see in the dark:P

So what do you think? Are you cabbage or lettuce? Potato or turnip? Pea or corn? this is the place to speak your mind people!! 8)

Give a reason why!!

RULES

1. NO fruit. This is a topic about vegetables

2. You CANT pick tomato because I dont want to this to turn into an argument about if tomatoes are fruit or vegetables (theyre fruit ;) )

3. If you think this is stupid dont leave a comment saying '' this is stupid'' If you think its stupid then why did you go into it in the first place

4. No saying '' why would I want want to be a vegetable?'' etc. This is for people who are crazy enough to have a vegetable that they might actually like to be:)

I'd want to be a rubarb because rubarb leaves are fatal and large amount of cooked leaves can cause convulsions, coma, followed by death. Therefor people would be very reluctant to eat me. And if they did I would have my revenge soon enough.

I have a problem with rule number 2. I don't care what people say, the tomato is a vegetable!xTheExploited

Taken from wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tomato#Fruit_or_vegetable.3F

Botanically, a tomato is the ovary together with its seeds, of a flowering plant: therefore it is a fruit. However, the tomato is not as sweet as those foodstuffs usually called fruits and, from a culinary standpoint, it is typically served as part of a salad or main course of a meal, as are vegetables, rather than at dessert in the case of most fruits. As noted above, the term vegetable has no botanical meaning and is purely a culinary term. Originally the controversy was that tomatoes are treated as a fruit in home canning practices. Tomatoes are acidic enough to be processed in a water bath rather than a pressure cooker as "vegetables" require.

There!! Proof:P

It also says that squashes pumpkins eggplant and cucumbers are fruit

But those are technicalities. If someone liked vegetables but not fruit, they would still like tomatoes. For all intents and purposes that do not involve adhering to a dictionary it is a vegetable. Anyway, I would go with potatoes, there's so many options.
