I don't think I would be capable of doing it just because I will then start to think about the possibility that nothing happens when you die, like a dreamless sleep. That scares me more than anything else in life.

I definitely don't want to die in a fashion that is extremely painful and long lasting, I'd prefer something short and quick like a shot to the head or just dying from old age in my sleep.
I second going on a murderous rampage, I'd have bombs strapped to me and when my time was up I'd make sure I took who ever I couldnt kill with guns etc with me.
Cut the middle off a tree and let it fall on me. It would be the most pathetic suicide.
TRUE STORY - A young woman in my town was sick of her life and walked onto the beach and walked into the water and just kept walking until she drowned herself. It disturbs me.
