I have a friend who died from Lou Gehrig's disease just as the article mentions. That said, whether it be just a friend or a romantic relationship I cannot see how I could live with myself if I did not make the last moments of his or her life as joyful as I possibly can.
That depends on how long ive been with this person and what kinds of things we've been through together. Though all in all me being the sappy softie I am I would probably stick itout until the end. Or I would try to.
nice article. since i'm pretty sick i can relate. but i've been set aside just for my current health, I can't imagine finding someone that would stick with me when i'm close to the end. I'd stick up for my women even if she was in a pretty bad shape, because i can relate to her... heh
