So guys, if a girl you like looks or acts like me, chances are she's very gay.

I would be open. From my experiences with straight, bisexual and lesbian women I think it's easier for women to be lesbians then it is, say, men to be gay The reason is, I think, females are more open to experimenting with the same sex while males aren't ...

If the girl was femme, some of those criteria wouldn't necessarily apply. Which would lead MrLions right back to square one.

I'd be open. It would annoy the hell out of me if I was only hit on by the gender I don't even like.

I don't know about being lesbian but this girl I befriended and hit on a lot concealed that she is apparently bi for several months before she finally told me. Her reasoning? "You'll be disgusted by me and go find some other girl to drool over =/" and "because living in america, alot of guys are homophobes because we live in a world of ignorance here" were her justifications. I was quite shocked.
