No, I wouldn't. I would spend the money myself to make sure the money truly goes to the most basic needs (such as food), or send it to an organism that does that.
I would still have plenty of money for fun... Besides, feeding and giving water to people in Africa could be very gratifying believe it or not. I haven't already but I very much plan to, regardless of winning the lottery or not (because I don't play the lottery).
Oh, sure. I'd donate to various charities and educational institutions. Family and friends of course. I'd just give everyone a lump sum, keep the majority for myself, and then live my life in luxury. No reoccurring things.
If I won in the 10-50 million range, I'd buy stuff for all the people I know who need help paying things off, and I would regularly give money to the food bank and shelters to help people. If I won a hundred million or more, I would buy some land, build a big shelter on it, furnish it, and give it to the city on the condition that they keep it running well to serve the homeless and needy in my city.
i will keep a small portion and then give the rest to the poor and needy, then carry on with my life just as i was before the big win, i will never let money take over me like some weak minded people.

You answered like you don't give money already. And you talk about others "selfishness" and not realize your own. The correct answer for everyone is, "I already do now, and if I did, I would continue to do so."
I don't want anymore of my money getting to people who refuse to work. They will literally claim disability just because they're too lazy to find a job. I don't feel like giving away any money, because who knows if they're really poor/disabled or not.
Yeah, I think I'd really enjoy being able to randomly donate at least somewhat signiicant amounts to charities at different times. I wouldn't give like half of it away, especially all at once, but I'd probably make several 100k-500k donations to different causes etc that came up throughout the year. What is this powerball winnings you're referring to anyway, 200m range?
Eh depends how much the lottery winnings were. I would definitely give money to all my friends or atleast buy them each a car or something, and I'd probably give a lot to my family. After that giving, I'd probably do everything I have dreamed of doing, like travel the world, have a 3-way, etc. Then if i still had a bunch left over, I'd probably give to charity.
And i might just give a couple grand to random people who look like they need it at walmart or something lol
now that i think about it further, at first i was gonna just say to hell with my older sister.
but now, id probly send her a good amount. pay of her fines and enough to get a house/apartment then give her a good amount to live comfortable for a while.
then after that, is she squanders it all, thats all on her.
