You need slow burning carbs around 6000 calories a day and about 200 grams of protein. and you have to rest at least 9 hours a day, you also have to have a correct workout routine, which i could give you if you want to put on some weight.

yes please. i currently get maybe 1500-2000 calories a day, maybe 100g of protein. i sleep alot tho
I'm 6' 125... I used to be 135 but then I quit working out *a year ago* and slowly cut down on how much I eat... so I'm a bit envious of you, though a bit angry at myself for it.

Well i assume your just beginning so ill give you an easy routine, now i dont know if you go to the gym or do home based workouts but i'll give you a general routine with about 3 workouts per week.Monday - Chest/Back
Tuesday - Shoulders
Wednesday - off
Thursday - Biceps/Triceps
Friday - Legs
Saturday - off
Sunday - off
Ill give you some websites to help you with what workouts to do and how to eat properly.

cus i rarely ever wear short sleeves cus im so skiny. whe i wear short sleeves they look happy but sad. kind of like how ud be if u saw a gorgeous girl absolutely stunning face but flat as a board in both boobs and butt.

Then i would do pull downs. then i would do 7's (with a curl bar you curl halfway up 7 times from the bottom, then go to the top and curl down halfway 7 times, then curl fully 7 times). Then i would do some more back workouts. Then maybe do some more curls.
You have to do more than just one workout. You also need to workout different muscles on different days. My routine is...
Monday: Chest/Triceps
Tuesday: Biceps/Back
Wednesday: Legs/Cardio
Thursday: Shoulders/traps/neck
Friday: Chest/Triceps (again)

Lol if you want shrunken testicles and roid rage be my guest. But the protein shake will really help you get bigger. Dont do creatine though, that stuff is bad for you and it messes up your kidneys.

no, if u take steroids u still have to work out but u just gain alot faster. i want to sit and eat caek and pizza and watch TV and look like bradd pit in 6 months with no work.
