[QUOTE="Sajo7"][QUOTE="thisoldman"]its bad for me tho cus i have a gorgeous face thisoldman
And how exactly have you come to this conclusion?
im stared at whereever i go by women and they gawk and point and gasp and do double takes and smile and give me lusty looks and constantly whisper "hes so hot". sort of how a drop dead gorgeous girl knows shes drop dead gorgeous because of the way ppl treat her and act around her. same thing with me
It's the "gorgeous" boy again. I LOL at you kid honestly. Wasn't your last thread enough. If your so hot, why are you posting so many threads complaining about what is wrong with you. It's showing your insecure. First it was the braces, now this. By the way, your not going to "look like Brad Pitt" by sitting down doing nothing while eating cake and watching TV. It takes lots of hard work and dedication.
I'm 6 ft 230 lbs. Sucka got aced.NecroKvltMuffinPut down the chicken wing and you lose about 2 ounces.
Um that's not bad. We are exactly the same for the most part (I way a mere 5lbs more). Just start hitting the gym. But you need to go about it in the right way. Your probably low on body weight so you can atleast start getting defined pretty quickly.
If you want bigger arms and chest then you need to target those muscle groups. Set aside one day for chest exercises, arms, legs, back, etc... Do sets with smaller reps to work more on explosive muscle strength which equal bigger muscles compared to sets with many reps which work more on muscle endurance (do 3 sets of 6-8 for each exercise). Make sure that each set is pushing you to muscle failure but that your not sacrificing form to try and look tough doing more weight than you can hand.
Protein is your best friend, its the basic building block of muscle. Be sure to get lots of it, before and after working out to help with muscle recovery. Look into buying whey protein (the stuff in the freakin huge containers at GNC) if you need help getting enough protein for your workout regiment.
That should help you get started.

are you a woman?
its bad for me tho cus i have a gorgeous face but when women see my skinny arms they get sad and disapointed
least your not 5' 7 and 220 ibs.... :( i don't even eat lots anymore....
Women don't even look at me. or i am just " their friend "
How about this.
Stay skinny...and go try and join a modeling agency. Your 6ft, that's the required height for male models. Plus, they prefer you to be skinny anway. Besides, the fact that your "gorgeous" should be enough reason for them to hire you anyway. Good money too.
I'm 6'2 and 170 lbs. I'm going down to 155 or so as to get as lean while muscle as possible, to balance strength with speed.
Pushups every hour from when you wake up did something for me during my last summer. Not just regular ones, either. Finger pushups, 2 finger pushups on each hand (thumb isn't a finger), 1 finger pushups, v-pushups (make a heart shape by putting hands together by the index and the thumbs like a /\ shape, you know..and in the middle of your torso), and as wide and far reaching pushups as you can while keeping your arms straight instead of to the sides while doing any of them.
Yeah, I've been researching.

HAHAHA, you're the same guy who was talking about your, "Gorgeous" face that but your teeth made them dissapointed.is that... too little? we dont use pounds and feet herejimmy-fly
The United States is the only modernised country in the world that still uses the "Imperial System) (i.e. pounds, inches, ft) Everywhere else in the world uses the universal "Metric System"
Being 6ft, (about 182 - 183cm) and weighing 150lbs (68kgs) well...that's underweight. According to the BMI (Body Mass Index) gorgeous boy here should weigh AT LEAST 164lbs-188lbs for a male with his weight height and frame. Instead he weights as much as a woman with his weight height and frame (i.e. a woman who is 6ft tall and weights 158-179) BMI is the most common way of calculating your ideal weight. See this site for a table displaying ideal weight according to your height. Although, the accuracy of this method is disputed among nutritionists. Using BMI alone doesn't give a full indication of a person's health and fitness level, because it doesn't distinguish between fat and muscle.
