im getting really sick of this

getting sick of humans and how they think they are all kings and queens

and how they treat animals.....

i heard a few storys where dogs bit a person and they had to be put down..and im not even talking big dogs..medium size!

but guys like mike vick killed probably 100s of dogs and hes back in the nfl and the fans are probly still gonna love him

even a human doesnt get a death sentence when they kill someone (most of the time)

but animals 1 little bite and they are sentenced to death

it makes me sick.......

what do you think?

Usually if a dog attacks someone it is likely that they will do it again

Eh, animal cruelty is wrong, but people see them as 'just animals'

And they put them down because people are more valuable than domestic pets and other animals, which they are, but still.

I agree but what bugs me is that a lot of people say that but still think human euthanasia is wrong.

Lets say a dog bites a man on the street, the man might be ok but what if that dog then attacks a small child then there is a much higher risk of injury or what ever. In my eyes you cant take that kind of risk so the animal should be put down.

The owners sohuld be punished rather than the dog, I have a Staffordshire Bull Terrier which have a reputation for being fighting dogs, but is you bring them up right they can be one of the most loving (and cowardly) breeds there are.

That's what prison etc is for, people are suppose to learn there lesson in prison, with dogs I imagine that doesn't work and as we don't understand what there thinking etc we cant trust them for that. And yes the same can be said for people, we cant be sure but its easier with people to try and stop it happening again. And I am a big animal lover I really only think that animals that are sick and are suffering and really vicious animals should be put down.

yeah i hate what we humans do to the animal kingdom but were on top of the food chain, we can control pretty much everything, but sadly what we want is not "fair" for the animals

Revenge plays a big part in it, and it is hard to to train a dog that is vicious and its possible that there just aren't the resources to do so.

And they do get locked up, but it can still take months to re train a dog and then it needs housing etc, I guess in this modern world its just not practical.

I'm not talking about a sick cat or dog. I agree 100% with putting an animal in pain down but I know people that have had their perfectly healthy dog put down just because he is getting a little older and is less active and interesting.
