I'm moving to Australia.

I can give you a bit of info on each state/city

Just remember avoid the Northern Territory at all cost...its....a terrible place to be, thats four years I'll never get back...

Brisbane, very relaxed atmosphere, great beaches, warm to hotish weather usually, mediumish sized city and in my experience bad roads very confusing, traffic is pretty good =]

Melbourne, busy place, artistic, the people there are into sports a lot, and into fashion more than any other city in Australia, weather is random, multicultural, pretty good beaches albeit not as good as either Sydney or Brisban, traffic is pretty bad

Sydney, great skyline, great beaches, laid back but at the same time busy (if that makes sense), everything cost more, weather is pretty consistent, traffic is bad

other ones I don't know, but I have covered the three biggest cities

I went to sunny coast recently, Kings beach was good but apart form that it lacked things to do, maybe i went up at the wrong time.

Melbourne is clearly the best city in Australia. Best sports, culture, music scene, nightlife, CBD, transport (though not perfect) and best people. Sydney has what? a bridge, opera house, nicer weather?wrlyy
