Yeah, this weird guy is pretty much getting stalker-y with my sister. I only found this out tonight. About twenty minutes ago we went outside and discovered her car covered in saran wrap. [I cleaned it up easily, though. I just grabbed it at the bumper and raised it up and off.] So, it's at the point of vandalism. Him bothering my sister already made me mad, but this pisses me off. He goes to my school, so this is probably gonna lead to a fight. It especially will if he does anything worse. School is out until Wednesday, so we'll see. I'm contemplating confronting him Wednesday instead of just waiting for him to do anything else to her/our property/whatever.

Usually, I don't advocate violence, but this is a different scenario. I would prefer you to confront him about that and use violence only as a means of a last resort.Genetic_Code

I recommend fighting him on your own property. That way, if any authorities are around, it's much less likely you'll get in trouble as it would be obvious he was trespassing/vandalizing.felixworks

I think you guys are giving him some bad advice. He can only defend himself if he is truly threatened, and even then only to the extent that is necessary, even if he's on your property. In other words, if you beat the crap out of him you'll be the one getting in trouble with the law.

*Edit - But I doubt it would end up like that. Unless you literally brutalize him he probably wouldn't bother with the cops. I doubt the fight will get that serious if it happens at all.

This is probably the best option if you can prove he did it. A similar situation happened to a friend of mine. Based on his actions, he might not be the most mentally stable person, so protect yourself and your sister with as little provocation as possible.

Don't fight him, call the cops, tell your parents, tell the school.

She told me that earlier in the day he was asking her a bunch of seemingly random questions. "So what color is your car? Don't you live in--?" etc. And when she asked him why the hell he's asking her these questions, he gave her some BS answer like "It's random question day!":roll:

I think you should confront him before beating him up. If he's ridiculous and unreasonable, I guess you can resort to fist fighting, but I guess it's up to you.

Violence doesn't solve anything, infact it usually makes situations worse.

But I do think that confronting him would be a good idea.
