Don't run over and start beating him. Do not fight unless he initiates the physicality. We no longer live in the Wild West, and depending on where you live or how far the beating goes, you could end up being locked up in a costly lawsuit, or worse still, assault charges. Neither of those are good. Confronting is good, but DO NOT attack him. It doesn't matter if he's "ridiculous and unreasonable." Unless he's getting ready to start swinging, do not initiate.
Yeah, this weird guy is pretty much getting stalker-y with my sister. I only found this out tonight. About twenty minutes ago we went outside and discovered her car covered in saran wrap. [I cleaned it up easily, though. I just grabbed it at the bumper and raised it up and off.] So, it's at the point of vandalism. Him bothering my sister already made me mad, but this pisses me off. He goes to my school, so this is probably gonna lead to a fight. It especially will if he does anything worse. School is out until Wednesday, so we'll see. I'm contemplating confronting him Wednesday instead of just waiting for him to do anything else to her/our property/whatever.

Hide a weapon in your pants, just in case things get ugly, im not saying use it right off the bat, but keep it as a safety net so he doesn't break your jaw, other than that good choice and good luck ;)
Well I would say don't fight him. One wrong hit and you could serioiusly hurt him, possibly kill him. Ghost_702
hey hes protecting his sister and i respect him for that if a blow kills the guy im sorry but he gets what he deserves. i had a similar case where a guy stalked my sister and i intorduced my fist to his throat wile he was on the ground i broke his hand with a ball bat and the guy was almost dead and you know what he got what he deserved and quit stalking my sister
You sound eager to fight. Try talking first...some harsh words will be dealt, but no reason to get all choked. If in the end, he refues to cease the vandalism and stalking, roll him. But take it easy. A good shot or two will let him know you're serious, and that'll be enough. You don't have to limit break on the guy, you might end up hurting him so much he has grounds to sue or charge you, so keep your rage in the cage.
