I mean, if that doesn't look like harassment and terroristic threatening, I don't know what does. I doubt they'd be put away (who knows?), but it's worth a shot. The only downside is that if that guy only threatened you and nobody else, he'd know who was responsible for turning him in. And it's safe to say he won't be too happy with you.

I mean, you could always let yourself get beaten and then sue him into oblivion, but, well, I've never been to fond of getting the stuffing kicked out of me, so I doubt you would be as well...

Well it's just about what happens after I get beat up, I have school and I have two classes with him and one is with him and the other person that he got after me 

So you get beat up, maybe have a black eye and are sore for a day or two. and if anyone asks say its nothign and that its taken care of. and why do you put yourself out already? arent ya gonna fight back? being a sally about it and telling on him is gonna do nothing for you except make you have less friends and probabaly give you the sense you can make it through life having athorities deal with your problems for you. one of these days you are gonna have to take on a challange yourself, weather its some jerk or something else. Im tellin ya, ive delt with people liek this before, theres no shame in a black eye, but there is shame in running and hiding with your tail between your legs.

He probably will just come to you like a 'man' and attack you, at which point you attack back. That's called a fight, man up and realise we all have to do them at some point in our lives. O and use fists, weapons are just silly, and if you do feel threatened that much just call the police if you think he is capable of taking it too far.

yeah but the thing is is that the guy said WATCH OUT IM GONNA KILL YOU... its completely different than fist fighting. yeah if he said "im gonna kick your ass", i agree i would go whoop his ass. in this day and age, people take these kinds of threats seriously, thats why i say go to the police... if he wants to be hard and make a serious threat like that then i would let the police deal with it. what if the guy was serious? you go down there and expect a fist fight and he and his friend take out a weapon and try to kill you. and he's not going to be a pansy by telling on the kids, or have less friends... thats something an 8th grader would assume.
