Keep drinking the GNC. If you think it's nasty-Too F'n Bad. It has more protein in every ounce than you can get out of anything "good tasting." Eat very rich, fatty foods and have a great physical training regimen (not jogging-that will get rid of muscles). Weigth lifting, biking, and Pushups/Situps are all good ways to take the fat and burn it while building muscle-all the while keeping the weight from the food on you. Drink milk-and lots of it. Eat high protein meals with those fats. Hopefully this will help you gain some weight and build some muscle too!

Would you believe me if I told you that weight gain is actually a fetish in some people?

Anyway, to your case, I will suggest starting off slow, like pushing yourself to eat a little bit more i.e. when you eat your meal, but do NOT stuff yourself because if so chances are you'll vomit everything. Just keep it under control. Also, you may put off a little your exercises and focus more on eating, so move as little as possible to gain faster. Being a Christmas period, what could be nicer than sitting in your warm house enjoying eating your turkey (let's say) and watching the snow fall? Keep in mind that after a big meal, you should best sleep, so it won't be burned (I think that's why the say "don't eat much at night). And try to skip breakfast because it raises your metabolism. Sleeping it off gains you weight much faster, After a couple of weeks, you will even be able to eat thrice what you were eating before! Gaining 30 pounds in a month is quite a goal for a skinny guy, so I guess you'll be there at February.

About fat foods, don't overdo it. You can eat once a week, but if you do it every way, you'll gain weight faster, but the unhealthy way. Don't bother with cholesterol. What JPL said, eat foods high in nutrition and stuff and healthy foods in larger amounts. Fat food may work as a "boost".

So there you have it. Again, don't overdo it, because if you get mad with it you'll wake up one day weighing 200 lbs and I guess you won't be satisfied! 8)

You need alot of protein, alot of calories and alot of Carbs.

Get BSN True Mass, strawberry tastes the best.

And i recommend you start hitting the weights, because True Mass really helps you gain it.

Start reading some fitness magazines and go on some websites, you can gain about 20lbs of muscle in about 6 weeks if you are committed.

Are you interested in weight training? If you were you could put on weight but in muscle, going on a bulk, eating atleast 6 small meals a day, if you can. Eat starchy food and meat/fish, better to eat red meat if you want to put on weight because it is higher in fat than white meat.

Those supplements are not good in the long run , they can have prolonged damage on muscle cells, and are not good for your heart, kidneys or liver. I don't care how much water you drink, they aren't good, Some of my friends use Cell tech, Nytro tech, Cyclone etc. Just not good. 20lbs of muscle in 6 weeks? That is a lot for anybody, never mind some guy who hasn't done body building in his entire life. Not going to happen.

All True Mass is, is protein calories and carbs, with alot of vitamins and vitamins are good for your organ function so it really isnt bad at all. Its actually good for you.
