The thought of being pulled into a black hole is probably worse than a slashed wrist or rope around the neck.

stevenk4k5

Yeah but wouldn't being pulled into a black hole be more painless in actuality?

So is being caught in a tornado, or being on a derailed rollercoaster but I would rather hang.

That's not the same thing. If you are pulled into a tornado you don't die instantly as most people are killed by flying debris inside the tornado or by being thrown hundreds of feet into the air and hitting the ground. Also you have to experience the derailed coaster because you don't die instantly once it derails. A black hole would destroy the earth in the blink of an eye so you wouldn't even have time to panic.

Oh because you would know ALL ABOUT getting sucked into a black hold wouldnt you

It's a pretty well known fact thanks to physics so you can keep your snarky remarks to yoursel, thank you.

Physics ...PAH! Anyone with a bit of common sense would know that once you enter a black hole it spits you out into an alternate reality where pinneaples are people and people are pinneaples... PROVE ME WRONG.

I'd rather see what happenes in a black hole and then get stretched and squished to death, than just commit suicide.

Crazy girl obviously. Her death is pretty ironic. People should lay off this end of day crap and hardcore christians shouldn't keep saying it's the end of times over and over again. It makes you look stupid.

The world will be here for a long time yet.

That's a strange reason to commit suicide.

She made a choice, but she should have thought a little more. I mean there was no actual proof that she was going to die from the LHC. So her killing herself isn't like a terminal cancer patient that shoots themselves. I certainly wouldn't have drank that "kool-aid".

It's sad, but it's just a theory. No one knows it's going to happen. This "World's going to end" **** is getting old fast.

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/26641652/ A teenage girl in central India killed herself on Wednesday after being traumatized by media reports that a "Big Bang" experiment in Europe could bring about the end of the world, her father said. The 16-year old girl from the state of Madhya Pradesh drank pesticide and was rushed to the hospital but later died, police said. Her father, identified on local television as Biharilal, said that his daughter, Chayya, killed herself after watching doomsday predictions made on Indian news programs.mohan88

Now I don't know HOW the LHC is going to kill us. But something tells me that it'd probably be quicker and less painful than drinking pesticide. :|

goes to show you how powerful the TV can be. from convincing people who to vote for, to scaring the hell out of an indian girl.

By dying painfully from pesticide? Over being killed by a black hole so fast you wouldn't even know what happened?
