Internet Porn Addiction Leads to Impotence

Internet porn ******ADDICTION******

Anything do to excess is can. People have dead from water intoxication. Does that mean water is bad? No. You just have to be temperate and use moderation. The same applies to alcohol, food, porn, and everything else.

When do you know you have a porn addiction? When you can't stop from watching it for an extended period of time. Or if it negatively impacts other aspects of your life. Otherwise have a jolly old time.

So porn is more arousing than sex? And I thought I'm missing out...

Isn't internet porn addiction referring to people who literally can't stop looking at internet porn? I'm not surprised. You should probably clarify that this isn't referring to people who regularly look at internet porn.

Impotence is the least of these people's problems, anyways...

Sadly, the porn industry just needs to die out. I mean, thirteen year olds need something to wank to, but once you get old enough, there's really nothing to benefit from it aside from a sad quickie. Easiest way to never watch porn again -- look into what goes on behind the camera. If you're a human being, that'll be a pretty big turn off.

The big difference today is the streaming sites. When I was in middle school, you'd have to blind download stuff from p2p applications, which really kept your intake down. Nowadays, you can filter through like forty videos in a single sitting. That shit's death to your perception of sex outside of the internet. What the studies are finding out is the more desensitized you become as a porn guzzler, the less interest you have in a single partner.

This seems to involve men who watch it for hours a day. Is there a study on a guy who watches 10-20mins once every few days.

I wouldn't call higher standards "impotence". Besides, regular porn is boring as ****, no pun intended.

Your article is from 2011 and quotes psychology today magazine (not a scientific journal); the very same magazine posted an article last month and in it the author says that porn does not cause impotence.

I'll give you this, though, OP. Maybe if people grow up with fantasy of sex outweighing experience of sex they will be disappointed by what they can get. I think Treflis is also right.

Probably a lot of it has to do with circumcision. Since that piece of skin isn't there, your sensitive area rubs against your pants and whatnot. Eventually that makes it less sensitive.
