whenever i connect my opid touch to my computer it doesnt recognise it. iTunes doesnt open up automatically and when i open itunes manually i dont see my ipod icon in itunes.

what can i do to fix this? should i reset my ipod? i will lose all my songs tho

please help

well if it was ipod i would go and buy another usb cord sand if its not that use my warranty

Reset button?

And try re-installing iTunes. And it may be the USB cable.

Hold the on/off button and the home button down at the same time for a few seconds. That should reset the ipod (an image telling you to plug in the ipod should appear on the screen) and then you need to plug it in and follow the instructions on itunes.
