I think we all need to worry about this, once Iran has nuclear weapons they may sell them to Al Qaeda, times like these make me glad to be living in New Zealand..

I know it is cool to hate on Fox News, but this is kind of common sense. Iran is Persian and not Arab, and Shi'a and not Sunni. Those are two major reasons why they would fear Iran getting more powerful.

of course Iran having nuclear weapons is seen by some of the Arab world as a threat, the Gulf States (primarily Saudi Arabia) , seem to be the most suspicious of it.

i would think that the second Iran gets a working nuke they will attack Israel with it. which pretty much means the US is instatly involved. WWIII?

Yeah, considering the scenario in which Iran is crazy enough to bomb Israel as well as the surrounding Arab countries the west have on Iran, its only natural to be against it.

I wonder how the next months will be. There's a big chance of a military action, at least from Israel's part.

It will be amusing to see the USA departing again into war under the accusation of a foreign enemy possessing weapons of mass destruction.

Hopefully nothing will happen.

The only reason the gulf states allow the US & friends to be in a heavy presence on the Persian gulf is to equalize the Iranian strong military and political influence.

The same influence which made Saddam lose it and go into war with Iran.

I don't know how the Iranian government constantly manage to silence the public which, regardless of religion, always seem to condemn their own goverment's policies.

The way I see it, its very obvious that the majority- way majority - of Iranians do not want their country to be in this current state, yet they cannot act.

well it depends , the way I see it, most Arabs have come to terms with the fact that wheter they like it or not, Israel is there and won't go away, not necessarily liking it, but knowing they kind of have to live with it.

of course there will always be the hardcore salafists and extremists who still cling on to the idea they can destroy the Jewish state, but who knows what percentage they account for, for all I know , they could be no more influential than neo nazis in Europe or the US

Im also aware , that there are enough of them who think that Israel is some monster of a state out to get them , and that all Jews in Israel are hardline zealots who despise Arabs , both of which would be untrue.
