Oh, please...Agreed. Sex is only an issue and creates regret and uncomfort do to the sacred mentality. I could have lost it at 12 and it wouldn't mean a thing, of course that's young. But my point is that as long as your safe and don't have some moral idea of, "IT'S ONLY FOR TEH LOVED ONES!" you should be fine.

Jesus freaking christ, EVERY 15 year old should still be a virgin. There is no good reason on the earth anyone under 18 should be having sex, and that's being very lenient. In all seriousness, only people out on their own and financially independant should be having sex, though I'm less strict about homosexual couples, seeing as how there's less possibility for repercussion. Still, it's not a bad guideline.

You can't really explain to someone why they shouldn't do something potentially foolish. Hopefully they realize they have been idolizing foolish people or the actions of foolish people before they themselves do something foolish. Somethings can't be taught, because some people refuse to listen, or they aren't ready to understand. Some people need to learn the hard way, they must learn from their mistakes.

I've got a friend who grew up in Bulgaria & he was telling me that the average age for losing your virginity there was 13 for a girl & 16 for a guy. So I guess they have sex ed classes pretty early. trodeback

And when you stop to think about it, you may realize that it only lastsa for a little whiler, and then you may have to deal with unwanted pregnancy, even if yu are the male in the relationship. I too am a virgin, and I can wait. In the end, it will feel so much more special if you share taht moment with the one you have truly loved, and/or are married to.
