For Paris, that's heaven. My sister and brother in law are renting a 65 square meter apartment for about 1500 euros, and it's not even IN Paris, it's in its suburb. I'm looking for something around 600-700 euros (850-1000 dollars) and the best I can get is probably a small studio of 25 square meters (however this is in central Paris, near the Eiffel Tower). In conclusion: it really depends on location.

2 bed 2 bath 1088 sq. ft., washer and dryer in unit, 1/2 garage space and in good neighborhood. I have to pay all utilities. :( I know it's said that you should only spend 1/3 of your monthly income on rent, but I'm looking at around 45% of my monthly income with rent and utilities.

\ Seeing as this is a day old not if you haven't already I suggest you pounce on that insane price and never, ever let go! Just to make you feel better it is impossible for me to pay rent for only 1/3rd of my monthly salary. My rent costs over 50% of what I bring in...... [QUOTE="N3MO"] I bet it costs more in New York. :P

Ya think:P This is why I want to get the **** out. What the TC listed costs over $2000 minimum here(a garage is around $120 extra a month so I never bother---not worth that much imo). Oh how lotto would be nice to win just one ****ing time!

I think that's a good deal. I live in Edmonton, in a 2 bedroom 1 tiny bathroom apartement (approx 900sq. ft) for $1000 plus utilities and have to buy laundry tokens )approx $30/month and have one outdoor parking stall.
