[QUOTE="xSIZEMATTER"]Not really, but cracking your penis is. dday2121
Yeah, you don't want to get into the penis cracking habit. *Looks down on my cracked penis and cries*
Yeah I know. In school my teacher use to yell out, "stop cracking your penis"
It sucks. :(
it supposed to lead to increased risk of stroke, just google it, youll find many articles. I was addicted to it when i was back in school, plus it feels really good, but have tried to stop, or atleast lessen the bad habit. hockey73

Wow strokes run in my family maybe I should quit.
Neck cracking and finger/arm cracking for me is a thing of relaxation, nothing more.Legend-of-Evil
I know it feels good after a long day to take your show off and crack you toes especially.

its not a big risk according to this article, but i just stopped just in case. Plus my neck probably cracks enough during the course of my hockey seasons.

That's talking about chiropractors manipulating your spine. I think the TC is talking about just tilting your head to one side until it cracks a few times. That seems to me like a less damagine undertaking.

like i said, google it, youll find quite a few reports, going both ways on the matter. This one is more related to other things that could happen aside from stroke.

Yep, strokes are pretty bad. :?It can be bad, depending how you do it. If you have it where you're turning your head to the side, it can pop vessels in the neck region, which can cause internal bleeding.ayanami_rei
 What a way to die.

Maybe I should change my method, I usually tilt to the side and twist my head with my fingers a little I feel it all the way to my collar bone.
Yeah, that's a way you can cause the vessels to pop. They are aligned in the neck region, I just cannot think where. My Biology II teacher went over this once. He told us how a college student had cracked his neck during a test and fifteen minutes later, he was dead.Maybe I should change my method, I usually tilt to the side and twist my head with my fingers a little I feel it all the way to my collar bone.

People say it's the same as cracking your knuckles, I think it is.zeppelin_64I've heard that cracking your knuckles can cause arthritis. I don't know if it is true or not.

Yeah, that is why I try to stay in shape. People should start looking into their family medical histories.
I don't know. Maybe it is if you do it rather excessively.
I've only ever cracked my neck once before. It was an awful experience. I don't really crack anything except for my thumbs and ankles..
