Is it an annoyance when you respond to a post in a rather lengthly and thoughtful manner only to hit submit and see the thread has been locked? Generally when you consider it to be a good post as well....

What's worse is when you spend a lot of time making your post pretty with great pictures only to find the httml error. :xR0cky_Racc00nI've given up on pictures....

It's almost as annoying as typing a long post, only to find there's one of those HTML errors. sinistergoggles
Yeah those are annoying as well.
Yea, once I was about to post 3 to 4 big paragraphs :xcyberdarkkid:lol: Usually my posts are brief. I think brevity is important to keep people reading but sometimes I do type out a bit more...and those are usually the ones that get locked.:(
The real kick in the pants is when it gets unlocked 10 min. later :evil:FalcoLX
I don't ever recall that happening.
One time I made a thread to vent my feelings about a teacher and I accidentaly clicked back and my 3 paragraphs disappeared I was like OMFGWTF so then I had to retype the whole thingresistance93
i've had this happen way too many times  it sucks when you actually put some thought into what you're typing and somehow it goes to another page

Yeah. That is one of the great dangers of having multiple tabs open at one time. One false click and everything is gone...I loved the old type of anime Ex: DBZ, Hamtaro, Samurai X, Etc.
I don't like the new ones.

Wrong topic!
but I've never posted something long in a locked thread, so I can't say it has angered me. though I freakin' despise the HTML error! :x

Haha me too. I just don't feel like putting in the time to post pictures anymore. Plus it doesn't even work half the time, and I don't have the patience to mess around with it and get it to work.
LJ, I hate it worse when I type out the whole damn thing, and then it gives me the
Message cannot be blank glitch
I ******** hate that. :xx10
happens to me ONLY after a well thought out multi-paragraph post...
I think it's worse when it says "You cannot post a blank message" even though you didn't. Or when your post doesn't appear.DrSpongeI get that quite often. I've got into the habit of pressing ctrl-a and then ctrl-c before clicking 'submit'.

Yes it is, but what do you do? Go to sleep and wake up to your job? Then start the BS all over again? I hate life. Actually I am in a position to change the very foundation of this. We will see if I am successful, but if I am, it will be completely "behind-the-scenes"
