Is it normal for a guy to be nice?

Ok, so theres a question spinning in my head. Yesterday, we had a debate about sex, boys and girls. So the "so called pro teacher" about that stuff, told us that if a guy is being very nice to people and that, its a problem becuse it seem's to be a girl thing. Boys should be a lil bit like a douche bag or something. But im not like that. Im a nice guy and im not a douche bag. Im nice to other people, or atleast those who like me. All who hate me im not so nice to them. They can F off. But anyway, is it a problem for a guy to be a nice guy?

Being a douche works short term over being nice with chicks. Long term you will lose all your friends because people get tired of it. At the end of the day be yourself. People see through acts.

Well thats the thing. Im myself, which means im a nice guy. I dont want to be someone other like most people are. So i guess society is screwed up or its me. Its now all about emo and douchebags. What a great world.

Being nice deep down is totally okay, being weak isn't.

You dont have to be an ass to get girls, you can be nice and get girls. i am nice to an extent and dont have any women problems, why? You people mistake being a little pansy and being nice, they are not one and the same. Girls dont like a guy whos agreeable, who just agrees with everything they say. They dont like a guy who always aks what THEY want to do and never has his own opinion on things. They want a MAN, not a little girl, seriously if they liked women they would be lesibians. What you need to do is man up, have your own damn say, have your own thoughts, and take charge. None of that has to do with being a scumbag, you can still be nice in the sense that you dont cheat, you dont beat her, and you treat her fairly. Some guys sit there for hours and just compliment a girl 24/7, imagine some girl telling you youre cute every second... gets old fast, real fast, she knows you like her, its evident by your actions, a few sweet words here and there are ok but bombarding them with sweetness is a chick repellant.
