Is it okay that this 15 year old is dating my 12 year old niece?

Yes, but we're probably talking about the difference between somebody who's sexually mature and somebody who's not. It's not the same as the difference between a 16 and 19 yr old.

Not all 15 year olds are sexual, also never know, she could be sexually mature but keeps it as a secret, I've known quite a few girls who have lost there virginity at the age of 12, and were happy about it, but she and he both have to be mature about there relationship, but for now, some one would need to keep a special eye on both of them, mainly the boy.

Must I say, I agree. Tbh I used to date a 16 year old I think or 15 at the age of 12 too, my parents etc told me that the relationship couldn't go on because of the age difference, but I ended up seeing him from behing them all. But that's because he never treated me well at all, he made the relationship quite out of order and treated me like sh*t just cus he thought I was younger than him and stupid but, if he's able to prove that he can treat her well, then I don't see a problem in that.

In my school theres a few couples like that, and the 12 year olds are always the type that think that they're more mature than they are, and will turn into slags in a year or so. And the guys are always really sleazy and would shag anything. The guys probably in it just because he thinks theres a chance of sex. I would personally, try to break that relationship up. Talk to your neices parents or something.

Yes, my mum and dad have a 10 year difference, but at that age girls go through certain changes, though I have heard of dating like that which is normal.

Must be different there. In the UK it is 10-11 to 16 high school... 18 and then drinking booze is legal, but I can only imagine the damage that has done to todays youths.

In my state (NJ), with a permit you need an adult passenger when you drive. So, essentially, you'll need to be 18 for your requirements unless you want your mom in the car when you drive to a date.

I say 15 or 16, but that's just me.
