[QUOTE="sonofsmeagle"] exactly what i was going to say, Man i get pissed when people say they dont want to be a muscular as Arnold, as if putting on muscle is easy enough to be able to get to that level.sonofsmeagle

Why do you get pissed when someone who doesn't know anything about fitness is wrong? That's like getting pissed at a middle school kid because they don't know how to solve for x in an algebra equation. If they are thinking this, they likely haven't had the opportunity to learn about the effects of exercise on the body.

Exactly for the same reason i stated, Because all the time you get these little skinny guys coming into the gym or anywhere saying "Oh i want to get muscular but not as big as a bodybuilder", and always the way they say it makes it seem so easy like if they go to the gym for a year they'll be as big as Arnold or Lou, It really takes away from the effort the rest of us have put in over alot of years to put on muscle and mass and get in good shape when you get these people treating muscle like its some easy thing you can put on in no time just by lifting the right weights. And plus in this day and age how hard is it to do a little research on the matter for yourself, i mean if your that serious about it theres information to enlighten yourself with a quick google search or library reading.

From the sounds of it you are trying to set yourself on a higher pedestal than those who want what you are working towards and have just started/naive on the process. You should congratulate these people for getting out there and improving their fitness and health, encourage and educate them; not get angry and pissy.

I've spent years working on my body, if someone wants help then I am more than happy to assist them on their journey. The internet is not the best source for information. If someone doesn't know where to get information, they might be greatly mislead and that can damage their progress, health, and motivation.

Anavar is not a waste of time if side effects are your primary concern(anavar is most side effect friendly -- has almost none).

Also Anavar is intended for skinny people -- originally made for aids and cancer patients.

lol wat....you should atleast get past noob gains before hopping on a cycle

I agree, but not everyone wants to wait for results.

if you cant even be bothered to lift/eat hard for 2 years before going on tech, then dont even waste your time. this isnt something to take shortcuts with.

I get angry at the ignorant ones that act like they can achieve something naturally thats taken others years to do. You get these guys all the time in my gym, they walk in, get a trainer explain how they want to get ripped up and built but not like a bodybuilder, then 1 month later after they've put on a few pounds (if their lucky) give up on it all because its not as easy as they thought. For those sort of people i am on a higher pedestal, and anyone that comes in with the same mindset as them i will treat them as such until they prove otherwise which only about 1/20 do in my experience.

So once again, you are getting angry with naive people. That is just dumb.

Those that give up because it's harder than they think, that's alright to shake your head at, but you cant go around getting angry at those who don't know better.

Placing yourself on a pedestal compared to beginners is fine, but you cant knock them because you worked harder in the past when they did nothing. You're taking a "guilty until innocent" mindset. You need a blank slate, don't judge a book by it's cover. When I talk to beginners I always encourage them and try to help them through, if they don't stick with it, that's their own choice, but I'm not going to treat them (or think of them) poorly just because they are new and I have spent many more hours in the gym.

Underwear models are all about body fat... Getting your body fat lower is about dieting and cardio... after you've trimmed the fat your natural abs should show... some light weight training 3 times a week won't kill you though...

Steroids! Ok not really. It doesnt matter what your height is. It just takes a lot of dedication and will power to eat the right things and keep at the regimen. You cant really eat too much salt or bad fats if you want to look model good. If you could eating boiled eggs and raw fish, maybe cook it a bit in olive oil sometimes, would be pretty strong with muscle milk before and after work outs. It's something that takes a few couple of months before you'll see anything really different and you may never reach what you ideally want no matter how hard you try.
