OT: its all not making any sense and facts dont check up... still I'll try adding something meaningful.
TC you need to sit and think, and rethink, search within yourself, ask what is it that you want and dont want, and grow up. Decide! If you dont want a smoking non believing person, Say "thanks but no thanks", now that you can stop before its too late. Stand firm on your beliefs, and listen to yourself. If shes no good for you now she will never will be. She as most people in this world may fall in love and do care for you, as you also will. BUT those kind of differences are sometimes to big to overcome... Because you are not changing her... And if you try, you are against destiny and herself, and it bites back. Since it has its ways to get back on track. Allow me to explain in a little more detail:
Even if you talk to her, odds are, she's not going to quit it. And even if she does, she'll go back to it eventually, because it wasn't her decision, and she, a little ways down the road, is going to realize the person she is in that moment and who she was before she made that call and is going to get into a "shock phase". And all you lived toghether and matured toghether is going all to the trash. She is going to be unsure of who she is, because of the paradigm she is going to be in. The old her will fight to prevail over the new her. Resulting in a much worse problem because in one side theres the illusion that you created for yourselves, where she doesnt smoke, is religious, hangs with the "right people". Yet her true self, or as you would like to see it, the dark side, will start hanging again with the pot gang, smoking, not believing in things or god.
If by that time love reached both of you then... Love is going to be left aside while she defines who she is and adapts to her new personality. So you can't count on love fighting for your side of things too much. And your love TC will be bashed, destroyed, and struck over and over, youll be neglected, and ignored, you will be blamed for not accepting her for who she was/is. You will not identify the person you are with anymore. You'll find out that shes gone back in time to where she was before, forgetting everyting you lived, except for some few moments of clarity that will come through to her.

Edit: Now on your side of things... you might grow unsure, untrusty of her to the extent of becoming paranoid, just waiting for the time that she does it again, to see her fall, and with each time she does, your idea of her will get broken, shattering the perfect image you had of her. Until the point you finally realize she is less than perfect and that she is no good for you, because she wasnt in the first place but you tried to change her and make it work. The problem then is going to be that you are so full of her that you cant break things up, for all the plans you made in the future, and things yet to come. And you end up somewhat stuck with her.
It may not happen like this and believe me I hope it doesnt. It depends solely on you both, and the communication you have.
