As long as you're dividing your age in half and then add seven, you should be fine dating girls 4/5 years younger, as long as they're 18.hiphops_savior
Can someone tell me where this comes from and the logic behind it?
What?.... that just stupidly logical. :)The rule is half your age plus 7. So for you 23/2=11.5+7=18.5 So it's ok if you date someone that's 18.5 years old. So 4 to 5 years is ok. That's why nobody blinks an eye that Ashton Kutcher is married to Demi Moore, who is 15 years older than Ashton.

lol. it comes from the massive egos of men.there's a line. If you were to be 20 and dating 15 year old girls, that's gross. If you're both adults, then I think it's fine. XilePrincess
Thats what I was thinking but a 18/19 dating a 23 year old isnt bad
It depends on your stage at life. Obviously a 16 year old shouldn't be with an 11 year old but a 35 year old with a 30 year old is fine.
He said 23 and 19. It's ok then since they both aren't minorsRight now im seeing a 33 year old and i am 26. Thats a seven year age gap. Being 25 and aiming younger is fine all the way down to 16 i reckon depending on maturity of said partners.i have no luck with girls of my age.. (23) n i always get to know girls that younger than me..is not because i look for them..it just happens..im doing it wrong? what do you guys think? does age really matter?

?What dose that matter?Only if they're single bro.

as you get older and older, an age difference of 4/5 years becomes less and less significant. So at 23, you're just at the point where a 4/5 year age difference doesn't matter that much. Just make sure you aren't picking up older high school girls because that can get a little sketchy. munu9sure can.
