If you mean by "ugly" as not pleased with how you look physically, yes, and no.

To certain point, you are obviously limited to genetics (that is, beyond plastic surgrey options).

Otherwise...

• Out of shape? Exercise
• Bad complexion? Get on acne plan
• Do not like your hair-style? Change it
• Dislike your clothes? Buy new ones

Not your fault completely, but there's always something that a person can do to better the way that they look.

And yes, if you were wondering the second picture really is me.. 3 year old picture, but not too much has changed. But seriously, I don't think people CAN'T look good. I mean, if everybody in the world was naked, with no cosmetic products or anything.. just 100% real, only a very small percentage would still be considered "hot". If you aren't really overweight or really really skinny (I'm talking anorexic like, not just skinny), and you buy some good looking clothes, etc, then you can look decent also, even if you aren't naturallyl the most attractive.
