Well 1st of all i'm blind im from a little town in ecuador when i came to america a 10 week sago my father in law told me the presdient of the USA is black is that true?
And there are ways for blind people to surf the web. People who are blind use the web by installing software that can simulate voices and read the screen.

He's not blind.
If he was blind the he would not have ended up on the internet for asking such a stupid question when the answer would have been simple as asking the person next to him.
