ugh, dont give anymore money to these damn workout profiteers.
these are called burpees, and it is a fantastic plyometric workout used by professional MMA fighters that works the entire body... you can do this single exercise daily and get everything p90x will give you. Then just add in some speed walking, light jogging, or running for your cardio.
EDIT: well maybe you shouldnt do burpees daily at first... as a general rule of thumb if you are sore or feeling weak and cant perform as well as your previous workout, you need more recovery time.
wouldnt ur body get used to those and "plateau"?
plateau is a term used by bodybuilders... in terms of limited muscle growth associated with weightlifitng... anytime you do low weight lifts like plyometrics and p90x... you are going to plateau REALLY early.
gonna be hard pressed to find even an amatuer bodybuilder that does p90x...
i wouldnt worry about plateauing if your goal is simply to get in better shape.... worry about that when you are on the bodybuilding circuit.
