Not by a long shot. In fact, I don't like any Pink Floyd song.

No, I don't even think it's great, it's a too dull and slow.

It's not even the best Pink Floyd Song. That would be Echoes by the way.

Great song, but not my favourite Floyd song. Try "Echoes", "Us and Them", "Wish You Were Here" or "Shine on You Crazy Diamond", which are all better in my opinion.

Wish You Were Here is good, but it's overrated if you ask me. I like Have a Cigar more.

Overrated? :P I didn't know it was rated. I think the lyrics are what make it a great song for me, though musically I find it enjoyable aswell. Echoes, as you say though, is the best. :x

I prefer TIME.

This is (one of) my favorite songs of them, among many others. Rune Like Hell is a blast! :D

It's one of my favorite Pink Floyd songs, but I wouldn't say the best song ever.

No. There are better Floyd albums than The Wall, better Floyd songs than Comfortably Numb, better solos, etc etc. Just, no.

I agree that there are better Floyd albums than The Wall, but what song what you say has a better solo?

According to most lists, Freebird and Stairway to Heaven have better solos, but it is all subjective. I personally find the solo highly overrated, I prefer the solos from Shine On You Crazy Diamond, and there's a lot more songs that are far more technical and still maintain the same "feel", such as the solo for Shesmovedon by Porcupine Tree.

I can play both Songs. Shine On and Comfortably Numb, solo's too. Shine On uses alot more of the Guitar than Comfortably Numb. But, it's much more fun playing Shine on. That songs got back baby!

Anyways, I voted no.

It could be the best song ever, but it depends on the mood you are in when you lisen to it.

That could be said about a lot of pink floyd songs. One song by them I feel I can always love is Money.

(I voted no btw)

Best song ever? That's an impossible question to answer. There should have been more choices. I have always loved the song, as well as MANY Pink Floyd songs.

Best guitar solo ever? Yes. It's right up there with "Stairway to Heaven". Probably better even....
