That's how it works in England, if you're a k00l d00d or g4l you lose oyur virginity at about thirteen and then go bragging to your friends about it. Not to mention that drugs start at about 11~,alcohol is np to get, as for weed, cannabis...

Please don't make snap judgements like that, a lot of people that fit your description have reasons for doing what they do. Most of us here are pretty normal people though.
