That depends. Was it just filled up(half full) or was it full and someone drank it(half empty)?

If someone was filling it, it's half-full. If someone was drinking out of it, it's half-empty.

The question isn't whether it's half full or half empty. The question is why hasn't my woman refilled my cup yet?

If the glass was full, and had half the liquid taken out of it, then the glass is half empty. If the glass was empty, and was filled half way, then it's half full. My theory.

That glass is more, 1/3 full or 2/3 empty.

Half empty, of course. Just use basic logic. Someone has to drink from the glass right? The glass isn't going to be refilled until its contents have been consumed, so of course it is half empty. Why are you going to fill only half of the glass and later fill it completely? It wouldn't be there unless someone is going to drink it, therefore it is half empty. It has yet to be finished.

I don't think it matters, since what's in there is evaporating anyway.
