Depends on what it's original state was. If you drank from it, and got it to there, then half empty. Now if you filled it, without ever taking anything from the glass, then it's half full.
Depends, if you are talking about something you despise rather than something you dislike. If you like it, the glass is probably half-empty, as the fun is half done. But if it is something you hate, then it is probably half-full, as you are probably saying "I am only half-done with this garbage! WAH!" (Or whatever you might say at that time) =)
It depends on what's happening to it. If you're filling it up, half full. If you're draining it, half empty. If the glass is just sitting there, I don't even care if it's half whatever, but then it would be half full just because it is the drink you focus on, not the glass.
