tells you what program a file is being used by?  Because I'm trying to delete a file and it keeps saying "Cannot delete (filename): It is being used by another person or program.  Close any programs that might be using the file and try again".  Help?

An easy way is to just log off then log back in, then go and delete the file.

I think if you boot in safe mode, you should be able to delted the file.

To boot in safe mode,

Start > Run> (type in) Msconfig

Then I think the tab is boot. You should see the option.

Someone with a better memory and computer skills can probably articulate what I said.
