Arma sounds like a game where you take many shots... Yes but you die quickly when you take shots :) unlike most others. exactly...so I dont see how you could complete it in real life...because in real life there are no continues! its not "which game is more realistic" is "which game could be completed in real life" and I seriously doubt that I could complete a game where I die fast
yes, you can die in the sims...but you cant get murdered in the sims, you cant get shoot in the back in the sims, you cant step on a mine on the sims, you cant fall from a mountain in the sims...
the worst thing that could happen to you in the sims is getting drown or die in a fire...
Or maybe Contra since when you get hit once, your dead. Fire Emblem can also fit the category since when a unit dies, they are not suppose to come back...

dont you get killed a lot in fallout? No, not in the fallouts I've been playing. I think I just found a loophole in you scenario as well. I could do Bioshock because you can die in Bioshock but you are ressurrected by the medical equipment of Rapture.
L4D one and two. It's completely possible to beat both games without getting hurt by a special infected and as such the worst you would get it punched by some angry dudes. If you are alive in L4D by default you are immune and chances are you could stay in many of the saferooms until you feel better. MGS would probably be doable in real life. Snake doesn't too too much amazing stuff in the first one and if you're good you can get by without being seen for the most part. The torture would be...interesting guess you would probably get the bad ending.
Going through a Zelda game with modern technology would be pretty fun.Setsa
Considering Link falls in lava pits, thrown into spikes, received a punishing punch from ganondorf, was mercilessly whipped by Majora's Mask, fell from 100 feet and was able to live by just simply rolling, got blown up by bombs, frozen by ice enemies, and was hit by so much more but was able to stand back up and "talk" about it isn't realistic I would say......

I could do Bioshock because you can die in Bioshock but you are ressurrected by the medical equipment of Rapture. but you can disable the vita chambers. and you disable the vita chambers in this post
